In order to make everyone be more comfortable reading the prayer texts, Lama Kunzang and members decided to update all the available texts again by integrating Tibetan, English and Chinese together. First, Philippine Karma Kagyu Buddhist Society have bought online a copy of Nitartha-Sambhota Tibetan language word processing system v. 2.0. Then, Lama Kunzang together with some volunteers do the updates of prayer texts and sadhanas at Tacloban City, Leyte last October 2006. Lama Kunzang spend around 10 hours a day encoding, cross checking and correcting the text with his disciple. Due to time limit, we only finish about 80% of our work within ten days. But without the kindness of lama, we will not able to produce such good harvest. So we would like to express our appreciation to him and hopefully we will finish more text in the future.

 

According to Vajrayana tradition, one who wish to practice or read the sadhana/sacred text must first seek for a qualified lama and ask him to give you oral transmission (in Tibetan called "lung") then you are permitted to go on for the study and practice. In our dharma center, we will post some of the text which can be read even without given the oral transmission first. But if one who wish to practice, he/she still has to request the oral transmission of lama. The list of text we are working on are the following:

All finished texts are with Philippine Karma Kagyu Buddhist Society, any one who already acquired the proper permission and transmission from qualified lama and wish to practice. He/she might request it from PKKBSI. if there are still errors inside the text, we would appreciate if you can inform us for proper correction.
